Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n


By signing up, you accept our refund policy, acknowledging below information.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


1.<\/strong> Trial Period: Full Refund: Users who cancel their subscription during the 7-day trial period will not be charged.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


2.<\/strong> SYNC\u00a07-day customer satisfaction period\u00a0applies to both monthly and annuals plans. Under this policy, the purchase of a SYNC monthly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 7 days from the initial sign-up date. This is not applicable for renewals. We reserve the right to refuse any refund.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


3.<\/strong> No Refunds after 7 days: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but they will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


4.<\/strong> We do not provide\u00a0refunds or credits for partial months\u00a0of service, downgrades, or unused time.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


5. Annual Subscriptions<\/h5>


5a. Pro-Rata Refunds: Users with an annual subscription can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in the subscription term<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


6.<\/strong> Deliverables: <\/em>If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we do not offer refunds but are open to making necessary revisions.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


7<\/strong>. Renewal: All services are a recurring subscription, meaning you will be charged automatically every month. Once a subscription is renewed it cannot be refunded under any circumstance and the buyer will be required to accept all content\/work owed for that period of time with appropriate and fair client behaviour.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n


8.<\/strong> Cancellation Process: To request a refund, users must contact Sync\u2019s support team at\u00a0support@cuxstudio.com. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n
