Refund Policy


By signing up, you accept our refund policy, acknowledging below information.


1. Trial Period: Full Refund: Users who cancel their subscription during the 7-day trial period will not be charged.


2. SYNC 7-day customer satisfaction period applies to both monthly and annuals plans. Under this policy, the purchase of a SYNC monthly or annual subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested on or before 7 days from the initial sign-up date. This is not applicable for renewals. We reserve the right to refuse any refund.


3. No Refunds after 7 days: Users can cancel their subscription at any time, but they will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle.


4. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service, downgrades, or unused time.


5. Annual Subscriptions


5a. Pro-Rata Refunds: Users with an annual subscription can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months. The refund will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in the subscription term


6. Deliverables: If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, we do not offer refunds but are open to making necessary revisions.


7. Renewal: All services are a recurring subscription, meaning you will be charged automatically every month. Once a subscription is renewed it cannot be refunded under any circumstance and the buyer will be required to accept all content/work owed for that period of time with appropriate and fair client behaviour.


8. Cancellation Process: To request a refund, users must contact Sync’s support team at [email protected]. The refund will be processed within 14 business days after confirmation.


9. Service Termination: If Sync terminates a subscription due to a violation of the Terms of Service, the user will not be eligible for a refund.
