The original requirement was to build a basic marketplace, but the client later requested the addition of DEX, wallets, MyForge, and Cedalion program sections. The design process faced challenges with the website’s chaotic information architecture and poor user experience, as well as repetitive Dapps that made it hard for users to understand the features and data..

The entire ecosystem was highly complex, with a mixture of important features that made it difficult to navigate. The main user features were scattered in different parts of the system, adding to the confusion. To make matters worse, there were multiple UI designs for the same section, creating an inconsistent user experience. Unfortunately, there was no initial plan or architecture for the whole project, resulting in unplanned and random additions of features that further complicated the system.
