CUX Studio faced challenges analyzing requirements for email marketing platform for medium to large enterprises. Client’s initial documentation was missing important details and had mixed up functionalities, making it hard to understand all project requirements.
CUX had to design a user-friendly drag-and-drop email builder tool, requiring deep understanding of user needs and goals.
Solutions
Cux Studio tackled the challenges faced by SendPad by conducting extensive research on email marketing platforms. To ensure better understanding of the system, the documentation was organized and separated details and functionalities.
