Discovery

CUX team addressed the key challenges while analyzing the requirements, including a lack of clear project structure, integration of online class features, and the need for an interactive UI/UX design that would engage users. The client had only sketched basic flows and CUX Studio had to design and present the complete flow and requirements of the platform.

Solutions

Cux Studio tackled the challenges faced by SendPad by conducting extensive research on email marketing platforms. To ensure better understanding of the system, the documentation was organized and separated details and functionalities.

The platform also included live classes, coach and teacher bookings, and separate admin areas for students and teachers. In order to further engage users, CUX Studio integrated gamification elements and upgraded UI to make it easy to use for those taking short courses.
